BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I’m Jon Paul Sapsford, founder of Dork Brain Studios. I’m a musician and audio engineer from Chicago. I started playing cello, piano, and guitar at age 5 and quickly added whatever instruments I could get my hands on.  By high school I was working in the recording suites of the time like Sonar and Adobe Audition.

I’ve been in the music industry for the better part of 30 years now. I’ve been doing professional mixing and composing for the past 15. I’ve worked with award winning musicians and developers and have learned directly from industry legends. I offer affordable, high quality mixes, masters, and compositions that are turned around very quickly.
